We kindly ask that any appointment changes + cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations, reschedules, or guests whom “no call/no show” their appointment will be subject to a non-refundable fee of up to 100% at management's discretion.
We require all appointments be held with a credit card on file.
We ask that no children come to the salon without an appointment. This ensures the safety of the children + allows your stylist the space to give their full attention to you + your service.
Clients new to COLOROOM who are requesting a color service are required to complete a complimentary consultation over the phone or in person. This consultation ensures that your stylist will best understand your hair needs + goals and allows for accurate booking.
All services show a starting price + can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your stylist with further questions.
Appointments booked online are subject to change at COLOROOM’s discretion based on requested service, new or returning client status, and time available. COLOROOM’s staff will consult with you before changing any appointments.
Clients who book with any Fresh Talent Stylists are COLOROOM will be asked to sign a Fresh Talent Acknowledgement Form at the start of the appointment. This form states that the clients know they are receiving a service from a Fresh Talent Stylist as well as our Service Adjustment Policy. This form is not a reflection of any of their skills.
For all service adjustments, clients must notify the salon within ONE week of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied. Service adjustments will be scheduled with the original stylist. If a stylist of a higher level is requested for an adjustment, the client must pay the difference in price between the higher level stylist + their original stylist.
Refund requests are at management discretion + issued accordingly.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at COLOROOM’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
